Update for clients and friends of Pugh CPAs:
*Update 2/24/21* Our priority is the health and safety of our staff as well as our clients. We are adhering to the recommendations set forth by the CDC, which means we are practicing social distancing, wearing masks (when away from our desks), wiping down commonly touched surfaces and asking team members to stay at home if they aren’t feeling well and healthy. What does this mean for you? Our lobby is open but in-person meetings are by appointment only. We do not encourage drop in visitors since some people are working a flex schedule, meaning a few days here and a few days at home. We do expect our guests and clients to wear a mask that covers both nose and mouth, keep at least 6ft apart and to consider rescheduling if you are not feeling well at the time of your meeting. We are easily accessible by phone, email and video chat. Please know that we are working continuously to provide you with the level of service you’ve come to expect from us.

Guidelines for Onsite Meetings
At Pugh CPAs our priority is the health and safety of our staff and our clients. Thank you to everyone who has been willing to meet with us over the phone or on a video chat. This pandemic is not over, so we will continue to take additional precautions as we meet with you. If you need to drop off your documents, please do so inside our 1st floor reception area (this is our “newly renovated” main entrance). As noted above, our lobby is open for you to drop off materials; however, all in-person meetings must be scheduled in advance so that an appropriately sized meeting space can be reserved. On the day of your appointment, you will need to be symptom and fever free and please plan to wear a mask during your meeting.
- Beverages will not be offered but you are welcome to bring your own coffee or water.
- If you are here ONLY to sign, you can do so at our front desk and ask our receptionist for assistance.
- If you have a scheduled meeting, you will be escorted to the meeting space and your advisor(s) will meet you there. Again, we respectfully ask that everyone in your party wear a facial covering.
- Our meeting spaces will be sanitized AFTER each meeting.
To keep our staff and clients safe, we are following the guidance of the CDC as well as the Knox County Health Department for safe workplaces. Thank you, in advance, for your understanding.
