FCC Approves AT&T-DirecTV Merger

Our in-house business valuation expert, Michael Harvey found this article interesting.  “AT&T and DirecTV are merging. The deal — worth $49 billion — was approved by the FCC on Friday. If you’re having déjà vu, it may be because of Comcast’s $45 billion bid for Time Warner Cable, which fell apart in April,” says Harvey.   What are your thoughts on this merger becoming a reality?
