The dreaded COVID-19 hit canceled our great plans at Margaritaville Resort and Spa in Gatlinburg. After a lot of meetings and discussions, we decided to make lemonade out of lemons and hosted students in our beautifully renovated offices. We hosted students from several different colleges in our spacious bistro area being careful to socially distance themselves. We had a couple of food trucks to serve breakfast and lunch and even had a client come to share his experience with our group. It wasn’t what we envisioned, but we were committed to helping future accountants learn more about our firm. As they say, show pictures or it didn’t happen….here are a few of how best tried to manage during a pandemic.
