Experience:

Christi serves as Director of Firm Development at Pugh CPAs, leading the firm’s strategic marketing, business development, and growth initiatives. She also plays an integral role in elevating brand awareness, strengthening market position, and supporting long-term firm sustainability through intentional people-focused strategies.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Maryville College, she has more than two decades of experience in marketing, public relations, and community engagement.

Currently, she oversees the firm’s overall brand strategy and marketing execution, including website strategy, digital and social media platforms, client-facing communications, sponsorships, and public visibility. She also leads business development initiatives that support strategic niche growth and deepen client relationships through targeted campaigns, events, and thought leadership.

Dedicated to community and professional development through associations like Leadership Blount, Intro Knoxville, Leadership East Tennessee, Leadership Oak Ridge and Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM). Through collaboration, she helps guide the firm’s growth strategy while strengthening the culture and connection to the communities it serves.
