Experience:
Mike provides tax services to a variety of businesses including financial institutions, construction contractors, real estate developers, and manufacturers. He also provides an assortment of tax services to individuals.
- Preparation of corporate, partnership/LLC, individual, trust, and gift tax returns
- Income tax planning for individuals and businesses
- Tax projections and researching the tax consequences of various transactions
